Absolutely, many of our clients suffer from alopecia, including terrible cases of CCCA, and they are seeing total transformations! Depending on the condition of the scalp and hair follicles, growth may take a little longer to become visible and hair may fill in a bit more slowly, but we generally see amazing results, even with alopecia!

Most clients begin seeing small noticeable changes to the treated area(s) within 1-2 treatments and VERY NOTICEABLE changes to the area within 4-6 treatments. Absolutely! Use the device, growth serum and daily after care tonic as directed. Our Crème Souffle Scalp Stimulating Moisturizer is best for those with Coily, Kinky, or Coarse hair types. while our Liquid Gold Scalp Stimulating Mist is more appropriate for those with Fine/Straight hair types. If crème moisturizer isn’t something your client would generally use, our Liquid Gold Scalp Stimulating Mist would be best.

Both moisturizers are formulated similarly with application method being the primary difference. Nevertheless, keep in mind that our scalp stimulating moisturizers are vital components of the Strands Hair Loss Correction Collection and should be used to maximize results.

This will depend on the area you intend to treat. Your Strands Pro device must definitely make contact with the scalp of the area being treated in order to see the results you desire. Many of our clients choose a more flexible protective style while undergoing treatment. Nevertheless, consider selecting our Liquid Gold Mist Scalp Stimulating Moisturizer (Hair Type: Fine/Straight) if the client will have difficulty accessing their scalp using our Crème Souffle moisturizer between treatment visits. As You know, sanitization is vital to the safety of your clients. Ensure that your Strands Pro Delivery Device, applicator bottle, and applicator nozzle is sanitized prior to each use.

While you're welcome to use the method of your choosing, we recommend using alcohol free products when cleaning the head of your device - We prefer Clorox Healthcare Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant Wipes. Please note that applicator bottles & nozzles should also be sanitized between uses, Clorox Healthcare Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant Wipes are perfect for that as well.
